No offense KB, but don't see the humor. TRob was a troubled soul and wasted talent. One of the best athletes I've ever seen play the game.

No worries. Thought it was a clever sign and couldn't help but laugh in spite of the situation. Still remember it 30+ years later.

We agree how good TRob was. He was phenomenal IMO.

Nasa - you have to be under 40 and not have seen Shuler while you were an adult in order to have a level comparison. No knock at all against Bray or Stephens, but Shuler was at a different level both in arm strength and overall athleticism. If you have time, find the Georga game on youtube where it went back and forth between Shuler and Zeier.

I think you misunderstood my post, was just bringing up 2 others who had a big arm that had not been mentioned. LOL I wish I was under 40, or, at least felt like it.

Im certain nobody including KB was laughing at the situation or how T-Rob's bad choices ruined what could've been. It was just a sign that had humor in a play on words. The play on words is what was funny, not the player or his bad misfortune.

I'm sure KB can speak for himself on the matter but I brought up the conversation and he was answering my questions and I thought the sign was funny also. No need to reach so far to make anything negative outa nothing my friend. There's been nothing but respect spoken on this thread as it has pertained to Tony R.
