Heads Will Explode - David Lynch on Trump

I am sure that when these incidents occur the President gets a lot of information about options. We may agree or disagree with their decision on response. And I'm ok with that just as long as he makes his decision on what's best for us, right or wrong.

But when he acts based in Russian influence on him, owing them money or favors, or because they have dirt on him, then that's a problem.

what has the traitor done based on Russian influence?

Trump reveals his impulsiveness over anything. It doesn't have to be an important issue or even an issue at all. Jimmy Fallon just said it was a mistake to have him on his show. That was literally it. SMH.

Tell you what, BB. Next time there's a mass shooting, count the minutes before Dianne Feinstein puts out a Tweet about gun control.

Not hours or days. Minutes mentioning something about "weapons of war" or some such thing. No facts known, just the canned impulsive response to the incident.

Then come back and talk to me about "impulsive" behavior.

“Of course, there goes his career,” Trump joked as he read Lynch’s praises, later mocking the so-called “elites” after Lynch said “no one is able to counter [Trump] in an intelligent way.”

The deeper question is 'why' did Fallon HAVE TO say anything?

He's controlled by his fear of being crucified, heaven forbid he was an individual thinker, rather than being controlled by the pomposity of groupthink.

I agree. But has the public been shown that's true?

Indirectly.

1) Changing the platform at the convention.

2) Refusing to follow explicit Congressional direction to impose sanctions, and when they are finally imposed they are cut and paste from some other document and done so that there was plenty of time for the Russians to shift things to minimize any impact.

3) Various Trump campaign officials charged with, or facing charges of, lobbying for Russian interests and engaging in financial crimes with them.

4) The Trump administration attempting to set up back channels with Russia, using Russian spying stations as the means, so as to avoid any detection or monitoring by the US or our allied foreign intelligence services.

5) Trump's repeated lies about his own connections to Russia.

6) The Trump Tower meeting.

7) The Russia-wikileaks connection, which was pro-Trump (whether it worked, or not).

8) Trump's obsession with outright blocking or discrediting investigation into any of the above.

You may not think that this will amount to anything. And, you may think this is all just coincidence. But, it seems clear that there was some level of connection there and given the power of the Presidency if there was or is improper foreign influence over him, particularly from a power such as Russia, it needs a thorough look-see.

When he gets done with what he wants, we will definitely remember it. A good portion of the country will have to flee for asylum status across Europe and Canada. I've already spoke with a friend I stayed with in Italy, in case I need to flee the country. Not that anyone would care on here, but I'd be safe there.

I don't disagree that it needs to be thoroughly looked into. However, this is potentially problematic as well.

1. Muller was hired the day after Trump passed over him for the FBI directer job.

2. Muller is very close to Comey.

3. Muller brought in agents that have political bias.

4. Muller's team has selective "leaks".

5. Muller's seems to be looking at stuff other than Russian interference.

You may not think that this will amount to anything. And, you may think this is all just coincidence but at some point and time it becomes a circus.

Well that and he did very little for the country.

He did more that you think. Your heavily biased and one track mind won't allow for proper reasoning on the matter.

Trump hasn't done much in his short time. For himself and his blind followers, yes, but for the country as a whole he's set us back in a number of ways. Centered people get it

That is one of the most idiotic things I have ever read on here.

Love most of Lynch's work, regardless of his political views.. Unlike certain folks who seem to fixate on celebrities' politics and foam at the mouth at their opinions, all the while screaming "who cares what celebrities think?"

Lynch has now sent a letter to President Trump which says in part:

"Unfortunately, if you continue as you have been, you will not have a chance to go down in history as a great president," Lynch wrote in his letter posted to Facebook. "This would be very sad it seems for you – and for the country. You are causing suffering and division."

It did not take long for Lynch to change his mind.

Since he said that, now the lefties will say they care what Lynch says.

Hell is a place where you're forced to watch Eraserhead and then have to explain it.

Wow talk about a very simpleton view. Its sad, although very typical, that ones like you cannot give Trump credit for anything.

Obamq did some very good things while in office. Its just the bad heavily outweighs the good. That seems to be the case with most presidents. Its a shame really. I tryly believe that presidents com into office with great intentions. But the sewer that is DC just pollutes and corrupts everyone that comes into it.

Who cares what Lynch thinks? I always ask this when conservatives react to some celebrity voicing their displeasure with a right wing conservative.

The only people who care here are the simpletons and that group is heavily dominated by right wing conservatives
Who cares what Rachael MadCow or Wolf Blitzer thinks?

The only Presidents who seem to be able to unify us are those that lead us through a righteous war. Vietnam and Iraq being examples of non-righteous wars.

But really the only threat to us now is Russia. Trump is more likely to just hand them some states than go to war. At least as long as they have the videos.

It's funny to me that you believe all of this.
