Yeah that was the only part of the episode that I kind of thought was silly. But it was a tense scene, so I'll give it a pass.

How about that long take sequence of Jon Snow in the heart of that battle?!! Insane!

That was one of the best, if not the best, large scale battle sequences I've ever seen. It's up there with Braveheart's two main battle sequences, and Gladiators opening scene. The true nature of hand to hand warfare was shown in all its frenetic, bloody realism. I can't think of a more real feeling battle. That was intense, personal, and gory. Just like it was in real life.

Bastard Bowl was great, but how about Daenerys at the beginning of the episode? I love how she's gained so much control over the dragons. And Grey Worm killing the masters was awesome. The whole episode was great.

This. I would say the Sand Snakes next. Little Finger is still up there but moved down the list for now after helping Sansa and Jon.

He's not a villain, but I'm ready to be rid of Tommen, too. I'm about as disgusted with him as I was with Sansa until recently. I thought after the High Sparrow took Margaery, Cersei would flip him to the dark side, but instead he just found a new puppet master in the High Sparrow. It's time for the third golden shroud!
