This pic has been floating around but I am gonna imbed it to show my point. I did not care much for the black jerseys against SC because it clashed with the white helmet, but if we did a retro I think the black jersey in this pic from early 1900s (black w/white shoulders) looks awesome. It would look good with a ..... now don't shoot me..... black helmet w/ orange stripe and power T and orange pants. JMO.

I like your idea, but I think it could be even better if the black was played on a khaki/tan fatigue kinda deal. The antique look of orange/tan and black with white numbering/lettering could work. It's definitely a stretch, and I have no idea what color the helmet would be...maybe your suggested black helmet with a T....opinions?

Retro is fine by me, but absolutely NO PRO COMBAT!!!

Are you serious? That Oregon one isn't as bad as UGA's but I hate it. Like I said, these uni's murder anything pro combat, especially oregon's black uni's. Your colors are yellow and green, wake up.
