(1) Ed Oregon is know for his checkered past and recruiting methods. The last thing USC needs now is to be in more trouble with the NCAA.

(2) When Ed Oregon was a head coach at Ole Miss he had a horrible record.


So, why would the A.D. at USC hire him????

I was going to start a thread about the same thing, but you beat me to it. I agree... I do get a high level of satisfaction seeing those two dip$#!+$ get what they deserve. Neither one of them deserve another head coaching position anywhere.

If those 2 cheating scumbags had stayed on the hill another year or 2 the NCAA sanctions would have been so bad for so long that high school teams would be bidding to play us just so high school teams could say they won against a SEC college team.

It would then take us 20 years to recruit ourselves back up to next to last in the SEC.

Then the only way we'd fill Neyland again would be to give away 80,000 tickets per game.

I wonder how many football players will transfer out of USC now that their money will stop being paid.
