It's a bit embarrassing and comes off as a major case of butthurt. Not his place to do that in the first place and would never be an issue if he doesn't choke away a 14 point lead headed into the 4th.....at home...

Striker and the bird flipper guy are direct reflections of their coach. Like school on Saturday...no class! Butch should have left it alone but he was pissed he got out coached. Striker is a punk yelling at fans. Like wrestling...

I think he needs to worry about winning and not running his mouth to other players.

Butch has bigger problems. Most of them are him.

Striker talking trash to the fans telling them to tell recruits to come to Oklahoma looking like a total jack ass. Butch went out of his way to tell him he was a great player but show some damn class!

Pretty sure it was Hatari Byrd, a DB. He'll pay the price for that stupid gesture. I'm guessing a suspension for at least the first half of the next game and some quality time with the stadium steps.

Honestly though, if I were a coach and one of my players embarrassed my program by acting like an A$$, at a minimum, he would be running till he puked the next week in practice.. But hey, I'm kinda old school and believe a player should 'act like he's been there before'....

'Kids' today..... I guess..

It's not even yet kn the one place it matters most the OL.They are bether tHan last year but still not even avg.yet.They will get better just gonna take a little time.

At least get the quote right! Many close to that conversation state that Butch used no profanity. He simply told Striker to show some class after telling him that he was a great player. Say what you will, but Butch was emotional just like the fans.

As much as I don't know it seems like CBJ was emotional again after the game and shouldn't of said that to him.. I don't know if he was addressing the fans or recruits like some have said but he's a player I would love to play for the Vols.. It's called competition... He's a hellova LB

Acting like the two OU players did was trashy, but Butch doing that was like someone in the wrong pointing out other's issues to deflate his own mistakes. Just bad on both sides, for different reasons.
