"Have some damn class."

Some of their players have no class. At the end of the day we should have won and this probably wouldn't have happened.

Yet everyone "LoL'd" last year (and probably participated) when thousands chanted "F*** you Florida" in unison.

Glass house.

Yeah, ES is a punk, but he's earned the right shoot is mouth off. They came into our house and took control of a winnable game. It's over, and now we get to live with it.

It sucks. But, the better coached team won.

He didn't earn any right to act like an absolute clown. Winners celebrate with their team and move on but he chose to show his ass instead. Says a lot about what kind of person he is

That said, I'd still take him over some of the posters on here right now. Some just love to kick other fans when UT is down

Somebody is gonna "fix your post" and call them classless winners. Whatever. The after game BS I saw from their players told me they value a win over TN more than most.

Very good point. But . . . winning would have shut that smart, little punk mouth of his.

Striker is a punk , but in reality you should be more upset with our gamelan than OU as that is why we lost the game.

That had nothing to do with the point of the thread.

Maybe not. But I was just pointing out that he's angry that OU has a classless player. The way that you shut up a classless player is by taking care of business and whipping his tail which we failed to do

As bad as I hate to say this, Butch got plum out coached tonight. If he would have stuck with the play calling that got us the lead, I really believe that we would have won the game hands down. Our talent really showed tonight when Butch & staff was coaching to win. Watching how we lost this game tonight brings back to many bad memories of Fulmer doing the exact thing in close games, mainly the Florida game. Looking back and watching some of my older Vols games I've recorded over the years, there's 3 Florida games that I think we would have won for certain if Fulmer wasn't so worried about losing it. Butch tonight coached the same way. I really hope this game is not indicative of the way Butch is going to coach big games in the future.

I agree with the sentiment, but it's not CBJ's place to say that. Plus, saying it after a loss looks like he's grabbing for anything to make himself feel better.

After the showing by the coaching staff tonight, I'd be more embarrassed by them than anything Stryker may have done.

Actually good advice from Butch. Striker is a class act usually, but didn't show it after the game tonight. Maybe he will take it to heart. I will defend Striker though for one thing, he played a helluva game tonight. Not as many stats, but that was mainly because UT was keying on him, which allowed other guys to make plays for OU.

:puke5: Saw on twitter people were saying "Butch Jones is the Josh Pastner of football." There may be more truth there than we want to admit.
