The last time Florida came up here some jackass florida fan started running his mouth like a total jackass, so I yanked him up over one of those orange barricades infront of Neyland and threw him to the ground and then just kept walking.

I almost did. It's rare for me to go to any UT game unfortunately. Combo crzy wife and busy schedule. There was one we made it to though I think it was back in 07 when LSU and the fowles show came to UTK. Me and my wife had nose bleed seats and we were smack dab in the middle of the LSU fans. Sylvia Fowles went up for a rebound and she got thrown the the ground and hit her head very hard on the court. The thud resonated throughout the building and a hush went over the crowd. Being the bad sport I am, and since not attending many games and thinking i'm in my livingroom I stood up and yelled OH YES!!! I know it was horrible, I KNOW! As my wife pulled me down to my seat i peaked around me to see about 100 black people garbed in purple and gold giving me a death look and shouting profanities.......We stayed and watched the Lady Vols lose :( and didn't make another peep the whole game. LMAO DOH moment!:eek:hmy:

Been in a fight at a bar and at the apartments I lived in, both with a Bama fan. Cops called once, did 24 hours. 6 months probation. Bama fan started it and walked with nothing. Except a cracked rib and broken nose. That was actually 2 years ago. I've grown a lot since then, it's just not worth it. A UK fan said something to me today 'cause I was flying my UT flag. I just told them to enjoy watching the tourny at home

I almost got into it with a drunk florida fan after the game 2 years ago in knoxville--he was cursing me and my date as we walked by his tailgate party---fortunate for him, a couple of his friends told him to sit down.

My buddy got farted on by a fat lady gator fan repeatedly. I guess that is assault.
I was too busy laughing to help if things would have gotten ugly.

After the UGA game in 01 got into a fight with two UGA fans. We were walking back to the car and they were shouting "pu**ies like you wouldn't be allowed to walk the streets in Athens." Back when I was 20 years old and working out 6 days a week lol.

My buddy and I were almost jumped by about eight frat guys in Athens after a Georgia game a few years ago. We were walking out of the stadium and the guys came up and started pushing us and trying to pick a fight. We were like, "you guys won the game, why are you mad at us?" They then mumbled some drunken crap and said everything short of "put up your dukes." My buddy and I just turned and got the hell out of there. 8 vs. 2 didn't seem like a good plan on our part, considering neither of us is Jackie Chan.

Do you mean 2002? That is when my friend and I almost got jumped.
I don't think we played there in '01 because I know we played at Florida that year. I was at that game too, and actually the Florida fans were super nice. I had TWO sets of UF fans buy me a drink to congratulate me...as if I had anything to do with the Tennessee victory.

It's funny how I seen to get into a fight every game with the same guy. He calls himself Captain Morgan?

Too long a story to retell...but 1989 was a bad year to go to Legion Field and have your buddy spit a mouthful of bourbon and coke on another Vol fan as we were trying to leave the stadium because he made a derogatory comment about Johnny Majors...

Hey Ooltewah, this is off subject, but if I am not mistaken you and J Smith are pretty close, or I might be wrong, but I was wondering what he thinks about everything, Chuck Smith, the new S & C coach etc.

haha the black friends argument.

Lol, funny joke sometime.Ask someone who is putting "racists" vibes out how many black friends they have. If they give you a # for an answer, you've got yourself a racist. Or at least someone with some definate prejudice.

Are you proud of that? If so it is a sad thing.

I wouldn't say I got into fights while playing football but of course I got a little heated. I remember a couple times get heated in practice and some face mask head butting and pushing with a few choice words but the coaches were always pretty good to end it. I also remember during a game my senior yr we were playing a metro team who was a lot different than we were and the player drilled my teammate/friend after the play was over on kickoff and I was right there beside my buddy so when he got blindsided I ran up and blindsided the guy who did it and had a few choice words. His teammates then started coming my way and my other teammates got in the way and had a few choice words. Like I said I never got into a fight but there were definately some heated moments on the field.
Edit: I just realized the title says "at" a game. I thought it was talking about during a game. My bad.

I actually get in a fight similar to that every week. Except with a guy named Sailor Jerry. I tend to lose.

Beat the crap out of a Florida fan last year down in the swamp for spilling a drink on me. He was 12 years old. Normaly I wouldnt hit a kid that young for doing what he did, but when I saw that he was wearing a Tebow jersey it just set me over the edge. :)

Spare the rod spoil the child.

What kind of parent makes their kid wear a gator jersey?

Georgia game in the rain when Quincy Carter was there. Before the game UGA fans were yelling its great to be a bulldog. It didn't bother me but my 5'4" 125 lb wife started getting pissed. Walking to our seats a drunk UGA fan who was chanting bumped into her. She turned and shoved him as hard as she could back into his friends. I told her if he would've come back she was on her own. :)
