Yes!

If we had Nike uniforms we would be undefeated and in the NC game every year

The coolness of the Nike uniforms would make our players play much harder and run much faster.

I thought the black jerseys were fine for Halloween. It seemed appropriate since we're orange. The black jerseys made us look festive -- they could've been designed better but they were a rush job. I wouldn't mind seeing them again if we play a Halloween game, they were a treat, but I wouldn't like seeing them regularly.

Georgia's new temp uni's looked horrid on screen and with the entire team out there dressed in it but they looked pretty nice in the promo pictures where there was only one player or a single mock-up wearing it. When everyone was wearing them together on the field is where they truly failed and since they're team uni's not individual uni's they were an EPIC FAIL.

UT doesn't need to mess with it's uni's too much. Tweaks here and there are fine but we already have something other schools don't -- our own individual color. No one else uses our shade of orange and we're not fighting to be recognized among a pack of many who share our colors. It's known and recognized on sight by anyone who pays the slightest attention to football. You can't say the same for schools who have traditional and shared colors.

The current uniform became a 'tradition' in the mid 70's... I guess since you are a 'traditional' kind of guy that means you're still wearing polyester leisure suits!:eek:lol:

since this is about uniforms anyone ever wonder why the pants have knee pads ? It looked like Simms was wearing capris they were so far above his knees. Alot of them have the pads above the knee - whats up with that ?

Looked like tampons out to me. I ragged (pun intended) my BIL the whole night for it because he's a GA fan. He was wearing some dumb ass red outfit too. Bloody mess is what the uniforms and team looked like. Plain ass uniform and some mother effers laying the smack down is a helluva lot more intimidating to watch. Watch the replay of AL's D. That was nasty, old school uni's and a bunch of snot bubbles for Kent ST or whatever podunk they played.

IIRC that team had like 23 yards total TOTAL offense in the 1st half. It was a backwater school but that's shutdown level play. I hate the ENEMY even more. Thank God their O was anemic at best.

Helmet stickers were sent to adidas for the jersey color to be matched. None of the people that matter liked the TV numbers last year so they were placed back on the top of the shoulders. Also keep in mind the jerseys were wet saturday so they will appear darker than normal. Overall nice look but we will see in good sunlight how they matched it.

Fellows- can you imagine JoePa allowing some nitwit to suggest new colorful, "get with the times", uniforms for Penn State? I wouldn't want to be around to hear his reaction.:dance2:

Some times the black is ok.... but our colors are orange and white, not white, black, and orange, or black white and orange, or orange white and black, or orange, black and white. ORANGE AND WHITE!!!! ORANGE AND WHITE!!

Funny you should bring joepa and penn state up, did you know their original colors were pink and white? So that blows Penn states tradition outta the water..

After seeing UGA's Power Rangers uniforms Saturday, unless UT shows up naked, their uniforms are fine.

Anybody see Da'Rick's tweet last night?? It said something to the effect of "would love to see some Tennessee Exclusive jerseys" he sent another after that suggesting some checkerboard pattern across the shoulders and down the side of the pants. IMO, that would look amazing

Has worked well for Boise the last 2 years on the games they wore theirs. I actually had liked ugays from the pictures but once I saw them on TV wow they were ugly. Not as bad as Maryland's but still bad. Oregon and Boise' s looked cool though.
