Sorry, it’s already happening without the union. Texas QB went to Ohio State for NIL deal worth 1 million dollars. Played 6 plays this year, and transferred to Univ. of Texas, where he will get another NIL deal. That is free agency and guaranteed contract, exactly as the NFL does it. He was guaranteed the NIL deal at OSU before he went there. That is going to the highest bidder. NFL-JR.

His NIL deals were from Texas autograph companies, if I'm not mistaken. So he'll have the same deal. It wasn't OSU's deal.

Nope. Texas did not have an NIL law last year, that is why he graduated early, got the deal at OSU and left the state of Texas. Texas now has an NIL law like many other states.

College Athletics are about to become as evenly matched as the MLB … Don’t get me wrong I’m all for everything they have done but without caps this is gonna get absolutely horrendous
