Danny White organized that last year to rousing success. I doubt he would miss that opportunity every chance he gets.

Seem to recall it was TV’s idea to do the block party for the super regional last year and DW had to sweat throwing it together at the last minute.

Yep, DW definitely organized it, so you are correct, just throwing out that I’m pretty sure that the idea originated in the mind of Tony V. Seem to recall him describing DW’s reaction to the idea in an interview last year.
