Has anyone noticed that McBee has played well these past two games?

And that since at least Vanderbilt he has gotten a haircut?

I wonder if there's a connection there.

Or perhaps it has something to do with the fact that it's been nearly a year since the Kansas game.

McBee and Willams have brought it recently. They may have recently spent time near a body of water with a Sleeveless shirt on?

He is finally hunting his shot and is shooting the ball with confidence and taking good shots. This is why he is on scholly, and we are just now beginning to witness the awakening of one Skylar McBee... I have a feeling this is only the beginning for Skylar

These are all good answers but I'm positive it's got something to do with the haircut.

I mean did you see his hair?

McBee has played above average in the last two games. Once he hits a 3 the defense totally changes the way they guard him. He is a huge asset to us off the bench. Especially, on the road. McBee for 3!!

I think after Tony scolded him because he would hesitate I think that changed it.

I said this recently, I am a McBee hater, but he has been playing well lately. Even his defense is looking better (albeit slightly). But good job, I wish I didn't hate him.

Credit Tony Jones. If nothing else good comes out of his 8-game stretch, I think at least he may have helped Skylar McBee.

It seems to me that Jones may have more confidence in McBee than Pearl does. I haven't looked at the exact numbers, but he appears to be getting more minutes with Jones at the helm.

I think the increased minutes have allowed him to develop a rhythm in the game and thus allow him to take his shots comfortably

I went to the Vandy game with Skylar's cousin and the story I got on the haircut was he was tired of people comparing him to Justin Bieber.

I think Skylar has looked a lot better on the defensive end all year long. Also looks to have more confidence than last year.
