the reasons people didn't hear what was said on the call in show is most people probably didn't care to listen and the rest were on volnation starting gruden threads and that it's over and dooley will be fired monday.

it wasn't jimmy hyams. i don't listen to that garbage or any talk radio crap. only listen to the official call in show after the game and leave it at that.

I think UT is trying to do it the right way and wait until the end of the season for evaluation. Then Hart will anounce the new HC with plenty of time left for recruiting. I can't make myself beleive that Dooley will indeed be retained as his evaluation will show. I, like many others wanted Dooley to succeed but his SEC record has sealed his fate. If Dooley is retrained I will then lose any confidence of Tennessee returning to respectability any time in the near future. I feel giving Dooley another year is a huge mistake and will do nothing but produce more of the same, both coaching and recruiting. There has been no progress in the conference (SEC) and thats all that matters.
I pray the University of Tennessee will once again become relevent.

If for some god forsaken reason we lose to freaking Troy, he is gone. Or there will be words written on the rock.....which will be on Hart's front lawn.

Yeah I agree... however I would love to see him fired tomorrow. I do believe if he looses to any of the remainding teams it will make Hart's decision that much easier.

I pray your wrong, Dooley's SEC record should seal his fate. 7-5 regular season if were lucky and a crap bowl.
The upcomming teams have a horrible record and if we do win those games it must be taken into consideration.
Dooley can't recruit well enough to make us competitive again not to mention his lack of coaching ability.

It was on the vol network so it couldn't have been false info? You mean the same vol network that can't call our players by their proper names?

He is already under tremendous pressure. I can't remember them having to paint over what students put on the rock. Fans and Ex players are not happy.

I hope i'm wrong too. I still think if he coaches until the end of the year, and no announcement of his job status, then he's going to be here next year.. You can't let it go that long i don't think.. Too many other teams will be looking for coaches and will have the jump on us at that time... If you're going to fire or not retain, you have to make it known soon..

Totally agree with your logic...however I hope they don't wait too long so the new coach will have adequate time to fill this year's recruiting class. I feel the sooner the better.

I listened to it yesterday and never once heard anything like that said...Hart never said that nor was he on the show....So this is just another made up rumor :yes:

No, it's legit. the op quoted what reveiz said pretty well. The problem is that fuad was simply suggesting that's what should happen. He didn't claim to know anything about it.
