Hart has to step in and demand changes to the staff

It is that simple. Butch needs to be the CEO but he needs to hire some competent VP's to run the day to day operations. They obviously dont have those guys on the payroll right now.

No. Butch is the CEO as you said. He either has to right the ship or sink with it. Hart doesn't need to meddle in what Butch is supposed to be doing.

what changes. They ran the ball and drained the clock the way it should be. In the end Florida got one good pass and block on the edge, if he only blocks one guy and not 2 we are not talking about this.

If Butch goes for 2 and misses the site would be complaining about him being to much of a risk taker. I agree its frustrating but 3 years ago we went even in these games, now we are talking about the next step and closing them out. Yeah make a change when we are doing the best we have in 10+ years rather than giving the staff a chance to right the ship...great idea. Maybe we can call Gruden first!

Hart wanted to hire Charlie Strong over Jones.

Hart talked Dooley off the ledge and into staying one more year and vouched for Sunseri.

The further away he stays from making decisions for football, the better off this program will be.

Uh, if they would have done it "the wat it should be" then Florida wouldnt have scored 2 TDs in the final minutes.

I'll tell you what Hart needs to do, because he's not going to do anything like telling Butch who to get rid of.

We have this glorious VFL program... well what the hell is that anyway if its not an interactive association
of former players. What Hart needs to do is appoint a committee of 8 former players to audit the program
and make recommendations for changes. This can all be done behind the scenes, none of it has to be leaked
to the public.

Thats what I'd do if I was in his position.

Hart did not talk Dooley into anything. He fired him when most on here were saying he deserved a 4th year. Dont let your agenda get in way of the facts.

Coach jones just needs to fire his "buddies" also known as "the best staff in college football" and hire a few coaches with some real talent and a set of balls. If he can do that, we start winning games.

Even if he does that, it's still his system that's failing. Debord is just doing what Jones tells him to do. It all leads to Lyle.

The system didnt fail yesterday they scored enough to win but the coaching decisions made once up by 12 again make you wonder WTF are they thinking?

I can agree with this to an extent.....he definitely needs to take a look at his system and make some changes. However I do not feel like firing butch is the answer. Call me crazy or whatever but I really feel like we can win with him at helm if changes are made.

having to use trick plays to get anywhere against a bad Florida team was system failure with the amount of talent on this offense. Tennessee's offense wasn't efficient at all. Laughable that people are trying to defend it. Georgia and Alabama will give Dobbs his dream. He'll be booted out of our stratosphere with some of the hits they lay on him.

There wasn't a single person saying he deserved a 4th year except the fans who worship the coach over the program.

And Hart had NO choice after 2012 or did you miss that season?
