I believe Hart will met with Dooley to discuss this football team. I think Dooley will get more time. A year or two. But i think some of the coaches will be gone. OC, O-line coach, DBs coach. I don't know alot about Hart but he came from Alabama, so i think the first place he looks for coaches would be Alabama. When Kiffin was here we paid alot of money out. We need to pay good for some more assistant coaches.

Wish Hart would just fire him. This is going nowhere. Many are saying it would just set us back. For Crying out loud, how much farther can we be set back... Geeeezz. It really can't get much worse to fire him now for a Proven hire.

New assistants may help but Dooley isn't harts hire and im willing to bet Dooley is skating on thin ice with him. And if the big time money donors get in his ear after this weekend hart my pull the plug because he doesn't have to defend Dooley because he didn't hire him

The problem is Dooley. He's the captain and gives the orders. You DON'T lose to UK or UV - ever. You DO go to bowl games and sniff SEC championships often. That being said we will see how big Hart's are and if the big donors are willing to step up. Economic reality versus football program best interests.

The big thing mentioned here is money payout! You pay to win, ask Bama. Getting small school coaches is totally fine aka Pearl, Cunzo, etc, but they have to be PROVEN coaches at the small school level. Dooley has never been a winning coach. Do I love Dooley? YES I DO, but do I think Dooley is a great X&O coach, NO! Dooley's a class A type guy with a ton of energy, but his ability to make big decisions at big times and get his players motivated at these times is to say the least questionable. I love him and he brings tons of class to this team, but from a football knowledge I just don't know how good he is. He needs another year with his juniors to see what happens still IMO to see what he's made of.

Honestly I was a Dooley supporter until today. If we fired Fulmer for causing the program to go to the toilet. Then it's time to replace Dooley for taking the program even farther through the toilet bowl. It's time to flush it. I'm just sick and tired of hearing so many complain that Fulmer destroyed this program. But the program has digressed so much further.

To fire him would be the worst thing that could be done for the future of this team. That would be four coaches in five years. Who would become our coach with that action. No one! Get behind the program and try to help rather than destroy.

I heard a few weeks back that Dooley and Hart don't get along. I didn't pay much attention to it then, but if it's true; this offseason could be interesting. Time will tell

Dang, you mean our entire program has elaborated further on a topic of no importance??!! :)

Couldn't resist.

I love UT, but you're blind if you think Fulmer isn't to blame here. When 70% of your team is freshman/soph. who else is to blame? Fulmer caused this mess, Dooley and staff are trying to fix it. They have recruited/ are recruiting well, but fixing a mess like this takes time.
