He was with Heupel for a year. Bailey is basically a pure pocket passer that had some decent speed.

Heupel seems to like QBs for who mobility is a big part of their game.

A Vol fan I know, when HB committed to Tennessee, said we needed to pump the brakes on him because all of his HS tape was him throwing passes to Arik Gilbert when there wasn't a defender within 10 yards, or jump balls to him, and said that AG was the guy who made it all happen for them. He ended up being exactly right. Coincidentally AG hasn't had much of a college career either, but for totally different reasons.

He was down the depth chart under Heupel too.

He’s simply not that good.
