Thanks for the good wishes. Agree with the poster who said "happy" is used inappropriately on this day and Memorial Day. No offense. Doubt anybody really means that. Understandable because it's used so often for other holidays.

My father passed away in 2001 from Cancer. He was a Vietnam Vet who never got over his time in Vietnam. I actually learned more about my dad on the day of his funeral that I knew in the 31 years I was with him. The pastor said it perfect, "Your dad didn't die today, He died in 1969". Please take the time to tell all of our heros how much you appreciate the fact that we can enjoy our lives the way they are. Also, please remember that sometimes those that are Veterans struggle and they can always use a little extra love.

Thank you to all veterans that served in the US Military or are serving in the US Military.

I and other US Citizens can enjoy the freedoms living in the USA because US Navy Seals, Marines, Army Soldiers, and others serving in the US Military have defended our freedoms in the World, and defended the USA from attack.
Freedoms including me and other citizens car style our hair how we want, read superhero comic books or not superhero comic books, read books fiction or non-fiction, swim at beaches or Water Parks, see movies at movie theaters, watch or see College Sports, and Pro Sports, etc.

I don't have to be miserable and fearful living in the totalitarian country North Korea, a communist Country Cuba or China, or any other country that has a system that the Government that has unlimited power.
