Can someone please....please explain what the love affair with Lane Kiffin is?????.... His resume is not the longest or the best out there. And I know that Al Davis is a crazy man. But what if he is right about Kiffin being a liar and a cancer to the Raiders?... Do we really want someone like that here?... Maybe I am wrong about him, but I don't understand why so many people are so excited about the prospect of him coming here. I certainly don't think he should be in the top 5 coaches that we should approach first.

Don't get stuck on my opinion of Kiffen. I want rid of fulmer first. We can debate over who's better qualified later.

Student athletes!? You've got to be kidding!

That's part of the problem right there. Everybody knows that there are not any, or not many anyways, student athletes on the UT football team.

Lane KIFFIN

Kiffin did well at oakland for the talent he had.. I beleive if he would have finished the season and not had such a crazy boss they would have went 9-7..8-8..

I am still thinking. I will believe it when I see it. If we win against MSU this weekend. I think he will say the program is improving. Fulmer already had a season that was under .500 but he found someone to throw under the bus. He is probably planning the same thing this year.

I think it could be a title if there are co-offensive coordinators. When a pass play is called, the passing game coordinator decides which play. Same for a run game coordinator.

I sense the end is near for Fulmer and the gang:crossfingers: To have an AD come out and say the things he said in that interview is big.


This program needs a big time coach. Someone who has been a head coach before. I still say we go after Cowher with a blank check. Imagine the assistants & recruits Cowher could bring in. Nothing against Kiffen, i just dont thing he's the right fit at UT.
