Halo 3 limited edition

Wish I would have heard of this problem before I preordered the Limited Edition online. The game came Tuesday and it was indeed scratched. Thankfully, I was able to play through the campaign once and I'm going to go ahead and send the discs off to have them replaced for free.
You'd think with a big company, and with this release being as big as it is, they could make sure the cases actually held the discs in place. Unbelievable.
Anyone else get scratched discs?

My brother wanted the Limited Edition b/c he has the Limited of H2. I warned him of the scratched disc issue, but he didn't care. His wife went and bought it for him today, and it was indeed scratched... she had to go through 8 LE boxes before she got a decent one!

Why the people at Best Buy didn't think to just open a standard edition and give her that disc, I dunno.
Or is the LE disc actually different?!?! I understand that there are special profile pics and such available to LE owners, but I thought maybe that was through a code in the box that you use on XBL to get access. :dunno:
