Hall and JRM at practice this week (other injuries)

the 3 star part...but I think it was LWS that said that Kendrick might have started the season at RT...no doubt though I think that Jones and Hall are better run blockers than the others that have played over there.

I kind of felt like that "Kendrick is better talk" might have been a little more assuaging our own fears when Hall went down. We obviously completely underestimated the impact him being out would have on the oline.

FWIW, the sideline reported last Saturday had said that twice JRM had tried to get his helmet and return to the game so I was hopeful that he felt good enough to go back in but trainers were holding him out for precautionary measures, and likely because Butch wanted to be sure JRM is ready for the UF game.

I don't think that is accurate. I am not claiming he is a great OT. But he moves very well. Has enough athleticism to play OT. He is MUCH more athletic than Kerbyson.

I thought it was Kendrick and Richmond that were battling it out for LT and that Hall was always the one who was going to play RT? Also, I'm still not sure why we didn't try Richmond at RT over these past few games instead of putting him at LT. If I remember correctly, RT was his natural position that he played in high school. Seemed like we could've avoided giving him confidence issues and playing Thomas altogether if we would've done that.
