I agree. We're playing the #1 team tough now, so imagine what we'll do when we have better talent. The UT prospects at this game have to be impressed too.

Their speed makes the persuit cautious and not go full-bore. Then as you are tip-toeing down the field, the returner is by you in a flash. We need to send two in as wedge busters with two behind them. The first return was the wedge and the second was just a very elusive, balanced athlete.

I thought Fulmer was supposed to be in the studio for CBS today.

Exactly what we wanted in the first half.

Protect the ball, weather the storm, try to snag a turnover, and keep it close.

UT has to do all those things again in the second half. But, Crompton's going to need a couple of big plays in the passing game, if UT's going to have a chance to win the game.

As long as we don't have a meltdown in the second half - I will be well pleased with the game.

Never expected such a close half time score...I just hope UF does not wear us down in the second half...their depth may really come into play. Looking ahead a couple of years---this display of hard hits and over the top enthusiasm, ON THE ROAD, makes me think we'll be top ten (or better) by 2011, if not next year.

FG's will not win. Even CPF learned that. Think anybody has brought that up to LK anytime? I'd rather lose going for 4th down than lose 27 - 12. Any thoughts?

We can win this game with a break or two! GO VOLS!!

it is still a few plays from being a blowout, so with that said keep doing what they are doing one play at a time. play smart and don't do beat themselves.

Great hit by Janzen... definately saved a TD -- they are putting 8 in the box = we gotta throw it "deep" (10+ yrds) at least once in the 3rd qrtr

dempsy is a beast, but he has huge holes to run through
Eric berry is still the sickest defender in the nation
we have a slim chance to win, but lane kiffin really has turned this team into the right direction

I think it is freakin' awesome so far..We get the ball 1st in the 2nd half.. Tebow thought he had really done something when he ran over Berry and then Berry intercepted his pass.. He didn't seem so cocky after that.. I honestly the the gators and the announcers on CBS though they would be up by 40 by now.. Has anyone seen the crowd yet? They are madder than anyone.. they are swinging their head around everytime we make a play..
