I can understand that and do agree that organizations like Red Cross, Salvation Army, etc have been around longer and are more reputable. At this point, any help that we can give Haiti is great. Definitely use one that you feel good about. I mean, there have been times when I have doubted Salvation Army's Santa Bell Ringer people and have heard stories of people taking the money. Almost any organization is going to have trials and make mistakes. The thing is that they correct those mistakes to restore trust from everyone else.
