Hail to the Washington Commanders

Thats who I think it is. (if there is a source) His career is over and he is out the door. Has to feel jelly about Garcon coming in and having a record breaking year. Has a Gerald Jones feel to it

I guess that's possible but I just looked at more from the perspective that his career was over and he just doesn't give a **** anymore. He already came out and said what he did during the season about Griffin needing to take the blame for the offensive problems. Can't imagine how much less he'll care when someone asks him now.

Dont now much about Jay, but these NSFW videos excite me

We need someone to light a fire and Jay looks like the man to do it

My excitement is already gone. Keeping Haslett is just stupid. Our defense if anything has gotten worse over four years here. Morris has coached the worst two Redskin secondaries I've witnessed in my lifetime. I get that Morris has good history, but he definitely hasn't worked here.

My excitement was gone immediately after learning those 2 clowns were staying on staff. This team will continue to be a joke. No better than the Raiders or the Cowboys until Snyder sells the team.

Redskins never bothered canceling interviews after Gruden deal | ProFootballTalk

Maybe the Redskins scheduled so many head coaching interviews they couldn’t keep up with them all.

Or maybe, they really are as dysfunctional as they appear from the outside.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Redskins never bothered canceling interviews with 49ers coordinators Greg Roman and Vic Fangio, which were scheduled for Thursday.

@TarikCSN
According to #Redskins VP Tony Wyllie: "There was nothing to cancel because nothing was scheduled."

Redskins say they never scheduled interviews with 49ers coordinators

A 49ers official said Sunday he was not aware of any displeasure within the organization about the situation.

Another fake story from Shanahan

I tend to let actions speak louder than words but I believe this was somewhat necessary. I have no problem with it.

Heard Kubiak talks went well for Dolphins OC. Kyle Shanahan interview, not so well. Now comes Ben McAdoo.

Also Cooley said today on ESPN980 that Mike would call some plays on Defense, specifically a play in the Dallas game where Dallas took the game over, which jives with this article

Mike Shanahan hasn’t solved Washington Redskins’ problems during uneven tenure - The Washington Post

This wasn’t the case for the defense. Shanahan, in his second year into the job, began sitting in on coaches’ defensive meetings. According to a former coach, staff members stormed out several times, furious after Shanahan had changed that week’s defensive game plan.

Haslett, the defensive coordinator and a former NFL head coach, also had part of his play-calling duties on the defense usurped by Shanahan, according to two coaches and a veteran player.
