urban doesn't just make his coaches meet a recruit's girlfriend, he makes other UF coaches offer her a scholarship too.
and lets not forget the past 24 arrests of Florida players over the last four years including the amazing AK-47 incident:

I believe that by kicking these punks off the team, lane is doing more to teach these kids to be a man than by pampering them as prima donnas.

I have a bumper sticker (not actually on my car) that say's "real men carry AK-47's" maybe that is what he means by teaching them how to be a man.
