From our coaching staff (head coach in general) and how they recruit (high character players) and how they prepare our team. They also expect our players to carry them selves with honor and respect. It is obvious that our Vols are going to be a whole different team in years to come. I also love the leadership our seniors have shown our young guys and passed down to them. As this cycles through a few classes, you will start to see a better more dominate team on the field. Guys will start stepping up as leaders before they become seniors. We can thank Coach Dooley/staff and the current seniors for setting the bar for what is to come.

We should be super excited about our future. I know I am.

Actually it is a big deal,

Out of all of the teams to ever play Division 1A Football,

there are only two teams who have never loss eight or more games in a single season,

Thanks to Derek Dooley and our team, Tennessee is still one of them.
