Before I moved to Alabama I lived in Weaverville for several years. I was there when App. State went to the "Big House" and won. I would occasionally see someone representing them but that particular Sunday I ran by Walmart, I stood out like a sore thumb, I was the only person there without App. State gear.

We shouldn't take them lightly. They know how to win, their backfield is loaded and they ranked in the top 50 on both sides of the ball in the S&P+.
We best hope the DL is ready to go if we dont want a scare.

I work with a couple App grads and they are talking smack
Butch will not let the team forget what App St has done in the past. No worries on this game.

If you are worried about Appalachian State you need to go see a shrink (respectfully). Yes, any team can beat another team if they aren't paying attention & prepared. Do you really think Butch Jones isn't going to have his team prepared for them? For UT to lose they would have to have at least 6 turnovers they lose. Team 120 is a real top 10 team, not a pretender. Take 2 Aleve PMs, don't call me in the morning, and sleep easy. :good!:

It would take freak injuries to many players for us not to win this one. Not saying these guys are cupcakes, just saying it isn't a realistic scenario for us to lose this one, no matter the injuries. If this was 2 years ago then I might be worried too but not anymore. We have too much depth and experience now.
