Gun control debate (merged)

They're hypocrites. They claim to care like he said, but only get involved when they can blame a white person, and make it about Trump, or the NRA. Once they find out the shooter isn't white, and their argument completely changes to guns, not the shooter. Biggest mass shooting in Alabama history, and tucked their tails and ran as soon as they found out it wasn't some guy named Bubba Ray. It's pathetic, but funny that they show what they really care about.
Spot on Joe!

Yea they didn’t have much to say about the illegal killing people after it was revealed what they were.

I bet the gun he purchased was originally purchased legally - with intent to resell illegally.
That makes absolutely no sense at all. Do people normally just throw their money away? Firearms lose value after purchase, especially in the short term. Buying guns legally to resell them is a great way to go broke.

@luthervol has proven time and time again he is ignorant when it comes to firearms. But he'll be the first to tell you he is rational and reasonable on something he knows nothing about. It's pretty amazing .

Another non-thinker.
Let me make it easier to understand.

A group of 17 year olds stand outside a convenience store until they find someone willing to go in and buy them a 12 pack if they give them $20.

I'll even do the math for you.
6-pack cost $15
Kids pay $20
The legal purchaser make $5

Former Supreme Court Chief Justice Warren Burger on the 2nd Amendment:

Yes.
He believed that everyone should be taught the proper use and handling of firearms and the it was the states responsibility to ensure that they were readily available and that everyone knew how to use them.
That out of context clip doesn’t say what the special interest groups trying to defraud people of their rights wants it to say.
I agree that people should have as many guns as they do automobiles and that owning them should be just as easy. Because right now they’re far more regulated than automobiles.

Pay your taxes and move on.

Far more regulated than automobiles????? Are you nuts?
I would be happy to see a system where people had to bring their guns in annually to be tested and re-certified.

You don't have to do that with automobiles anywhere in the country unless you drive them on public roadways. Besides I don't recall where in the constitution it says anything about driving shall not be infringed.

Then we can amend the law to apply to only guns that are taken off of your property. Easy peasy.

No you can't "amend the law" because that would be an infringement on the right to bear arms. You can try to amend the constitution.
Not getting in this same loop again.
You know my stance - the SC has already and repeatedly ruled that you can have regulations and restrictions that are not infringements.

That may be the most unintelligent thing I have ever read. That was not just stupid; however, so stupid on multiple levels. All I can say is bless your heart.
