But he did it in a teaching manner. And from a place of love.
I think too many here have forgotten about love.
TN has constitutional carry now for almost a year since 7/1/2021. However that does not mean that I can do what ever I want, I have to follow rules that apply to specific functions and duties that apply to me that I have voluntarily accepted.
Even with subsonic rounds I have a hard time believing it.
again, I agree with everything except the age limit. If you can be conscripted to go over seas and kill people for your country you are an adult across the board.
The rules here are you can open carry if you have a conceal carry permit. If it’s considered a pistol you’re good to go. Of course we have the normal rules about carrying in government buildings, schools, and places that serve alcohol. No bars but you can go into an Applebee’s you just can’t sit at the bar or consume.
If your brain isn’t mature enough to own a gun at 18; then it isn’t yet mature enough to vote either. Change my mind.
Yes there is a failure, there is a failure in juvenile records being sealed so they’re not reported to the BGC system. Same for mental cases.

If you're old enough to make the personal sacrifice and stand on the yellow footprints, you should be allowed to vote, own a gun, buy and drink alcohol, and light up and smoke.
How many gun-friendly countries also have mandatory conscription after high school? Maybe their gun violence stats are lower because of the intense training their high school graduates have to go through.
That's an actual question, not a rhetorical one. It's late and I'm too tired to dig right now.
What I question is how someone that age working at a minimum wage job could afford weapons like that not to mention the ammo/armor, etc. Stinks more than just a little. I'm sick of hearing how the authorities "knew of" a perp but didn't act on it. Even worse is this expectation that the police will be there to help much less stop an attack. They show up after the fact dressed like a tactical team to show off their gear and put on a show for the press but other than taking care of paperwork, they do nothing but clean up AFTER the fact. Consider the attacks that happen each and every day that don't involve firearms. Stabbings, beatings, robberies, rapes. Our society has gone mad and people have a God given right to defend themselves. Yes, my firearms are "precious". The second amendment is "precious" and non-negotiable. Anyone foolish to believe that we'd have utopia by removing firearms from the hands of the people and trusting this evil den of vipers we call the federal govt is a fool and deserves the hell they get. Firearms are not the problem. Removing them from the people's possession leaves only the criminals and govt with them. Personally, I find that to be completely unacceptable and insane. It won't make things safer. It will close the doors on the cage that's being crafted right before our eyes. Speaking as a vet and from a family where 2 members died fighting for this country, it's a hell no from me.No one wants your precious firearms. We just want to make to where, oh, idk, an 18 year old kid with a history of mental illness and even had been in trouble for threatening to shoot up a school, can't go buy an AR 15 and unload on children. All the school shootings we have in this country, can you not agree step 1 might be not letting HS kids legally buy a gun?

If you don’t believe people who smoke weed are involved in gun violence, you are clueless. Ten people were murdered in knox county this year over weedyep, IDK the exact law and I don't need it. There is a law about owning guns with a cannabis card. weed smokers are not out here shooting people lmao. Weed smokers don't even give a ****. We would rather people smoke weed than buy guns.... but even so, I have had a pistol my whole life and never committed a crime. I don't need the AR, I need the weed, and when I do need the AR it will be provided for me. I've shot an ar off only about three times, and that thing was so butter I was popping tennis balls from 40 yards with no previous experience. Didn't need it.
I’m sorry. I was thinking Tennessee.
You should move to a free state (which is weird to say as SC is the model state which many HGCP laws were based. But then again time marches on and many have abolished that draconian rule).
And, not if you’re hiding well.
