True, I used to stop by Western Auto on the way home from school to stock up for target practice.
 
They're the ones doing the research heavy lifting for the Justices. A can almost guarantee that former Supreme Court clerks have a better grasp of ruling and interpretations than your run of the mill law school grad.

But do they have the same grasp as the actual justices that voted for it ?
