They also suggested that we shouldn’t be beholden to the ideas of people who lived 250 years ago and that their ideas aren’t meant to be permanent. If you go back and look at how long people spent in appointed/elected terms it’s nothing like today. SC justices would serve a few years and move on. Congressmen had better things to do than work in DC for 35 years. Now their sole focus is staying in office as long as possible.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a gun owner myself... but in 2021 all it actually protects is hobbies and personal insecurities.

I have experienced an attempted mugging. If not for a good samaritan being armed I would have been robbed at least, if not beaten as well.

My chances of being attacked are far higher than my risks due to Covid.
