Gun control debate (merged)

I just bought a pistol recently with a brace. The sbr thing is ridiculous to begin with and the way they’ve flip flopped on the braces (ATF) discredits them even more.
I'm so glad I got the stamp. The lower gets the stamp so you can put all kinds of SBR uppers on it.

The stamp is just an overreaching money grab and now they’re wanting to hint at an attempt to change something they already approved. There needs to be some absolute rules and regulations instead of changing their mind like the weather. A company shouldn’t have to produce a gun in order to then find out if it’s legal or falls within a certain category.

I think some of the fed LEOs might take the statist attitude but no most local PD will sit it out.

No State or Local LEO with a double-digit IQ is going to get anywhere near mandated across the board gun seizures. Feds don’t have the numbers to pull it off. SCOTUS will stop it before it starts.

Now...restrictions on future purchases, and ammo? Maybe, but even that won’t survive the courts, or the next election cycle.

If you live in a gun-friendly state, relax. If you don’t, then you have a decision to make.

We'll see a wave of state laws prohibiting use of state resources to enforce certain federal firearms laws. Same thing we've seen with immigration and marijuana, it will just be other states.

What? You mean with Beto in charge, he won't be the astounding success he has been with all his other political endeavors?

relatively few have the stamp compared to the number of pistol braces that have been sold. the SBR community needs to support braces or they're going to be left on a lonely island with nobody standing behind them.

Guns won the West. GC aint happenin. POTUS needs to sit both sides down and have common sense fixes to real problems. Would put a lot of flyover Country anxiety ti bed.

If they come after the 2nd the first will be next. People say you can't take on the military with AR15s but that's not the point. The military would be a last case scenario for the communist democrats. They would look first to the police to enforce their ways. An armed insurrection could definitely hold its own against police.
I love my sheriff. He ain't buying any of this leftist crapola.

All of the restrictions and taxation on owning a firearm are racist policies due to systemic racism , made up by and enacted by , old white privileged males , that disproportionately affect the black and brown communities . They should be removed at once for the sake of equality and anything else short of that , in this day and age , is just proof that the system wants to keep these communities down .... Change my mind 😊

So once Sleepy Joe gets in office are we gonna get back to normal and schedule several mass shootings to help him push some emotional based legislation? 🤔

I dunno, not easy the way some of my pistols throw brass lol

It's California politicians talking firearms. Who knows what idiocy they have swirling in their heads.

That is a big problem with gun legislation. It is too often written by anti-gun individuals who know little or nothing about firearms. So they hatch out dumb ideas which serve only to increase prices or turn well designed guns into malfunctioning pieces of junk.
