If you figure out a way for voters in 34 states to agree to that I’d like to hear it. In your case all your might resides in about 5 states so it won’t make right no matter how you slice it.Might = strength
Strength = numbers
Might = numbers
If the numbers were there, 2a could be repealed, correct?
If it was repealed, then following 2a would no longer be right. correct?
Might (numbers) makes right.
My point is that if the numbers were there in 34 states, then the 2a could/would be appealed.If you figure out a way for voters in 34 states to agree to that I’d like to hear it. In your case all your might resides in about 5 states so it won’t make right no matter how you slice it.
At various times in our country’s history the majority has been content to deprive the minority of rights. Through progress we worked to restore equality to those issues and give those people the rights they’re entitled. You are advocating for the majority to again deprive rights from the minority under the guise of progress.My point is that if the numbers were there in 34 states, then the 2a could/would be appealed.
At that point, it would no longer be "right" to follow the 2a but wrong.
Might (numbers) makes right.
No more so than I'm denying a person their right to purchase a gallon of strychnine at Kroger or bury a land mine in the local park.At various times in our country’s history the majority has been content to deprive the minority of rights. Reads more like a wish list instead of things they could actually get passed into law.Slo Jo’s gun plan. Read it and prepare as best as possible.

Drugs aren’t a constitutional rightIt's not illegal. There are legal limits placed on the amount of legal drugs that can be purchase. How's it different?
I think fewer pain killers should be purchased overall, but I'm most definitely not against the proper availability of pain killers.
Just that they should be well regulated.
