Gun control debate (merged)

Ok but those are criminals. I’m not a criminal. You’re trying to punish people for crimes they “may” commit

It's an observation so bereft of sense or logic you'd think the guy was auditioning for The Onion. Literally everybody was something else before they became whatever so it's a useless metric. This "pre-crime" idea to moderating rights is wholly untenable with the Constitution.

Owning a car. Owning a knife. Owning a just about any tool. It's all a risk.
The ole inanimate object argument, but yet there's one inanimate object to rule them all.

That's about as pointless rebuttal as my, it wasn't a mass killing.

Was it because he didn’t try hard enough or because it missed being called that because only 3 people died instead of 4? I know since more than 2 is called a few , we’ll just say he only killed a few with his knife and it wasn’t a mass .

I see the pointlessness of you presenting the same argument to me previously. The label "mass killing" equated with a number is arbitrary and pointless to argue one way or the other.

I actually agree with you . Its pointless to argue over one death to qualify the event . There is something to be said for how obtuse bN was being though including knives in the mix right after this happened .

So, how many people in here really think they have a record of your gun purchases based off of the background check paperwork?

Who here really believes that info is deleted after 30 days?
