Because exercising one right doesn't result in the death of innocent people where the other "right" does and on a daily basis.I am wondering why it's not racist to reasonably restrict one right but not another? Its racist to want ID checks for votes, but not racist to want ID checks, background checks, wait periods, number limitations etc on guns? It's not a logical step.
if we could agree to the same standard for ALL rights I would be willing to listen. That would at least be logical. If you restrict one more than another you are creating tiers, which has no lawful support that I know of.
Imo we already have similar restrictions on them, cant hurt anyone, cant use them to lie to our favor, cant take others away, etc. So if we want more on one they have to be applied to all.
He absolutely answered your question with proof. You may not like the answer, especially since it involved your beloved NRA, who are gods to most of you people on here, but he certainly answered your question. You didn’t answer my question , I asked when did the studies stop ? You said we can’t have them here anymore . That is simply not true .
This argument is so dumb. Comparing an object that kills thousands of innocent people a year to other inanimate objects like a kitchen table is just so silly, deflective, and asinine. So these guns are just running around all by themselves killing people? To compare the 2A to crybabies whining about identification laws says alot about you.
Perhaps you should have a look at this study.
You realize a gun is an inanimate object, right? Human action is the driving factor. Examine the number of people killed by fists every year and get back to us.This argument is so dumb. If the NRA went away tomorrow, I’d throw a party. They’re far too complicit in compromising our rights. He absolutely answered your question with proof. Nope. My friends aren't dopes, "twitchy", or "meth heads". I also don't know any one who has been denied the sale of a firearm after completing the BGC.Personally, I don't have friends like that and have never heard the horror stories of being denied a gun. The first hunting rifle I bought was kicked for further review during the BGC, I got it the next day.
So, do you personally know anyone that has had to hire a lawyer because someone wouldn't sell them a gun?
Try to protect yourself with a butter knife then since it is also an inanimate object. This has to be the stupidest argument that can be made for why you need a gun.You realize a gun is an inanimate object, right? Human action is the driving factor. Just like healthcare problems here, dealing with the consequences of people’s natural inclinations isn’t good enough, proactiveness is the best solution.
Gun owners are the most emotional people in America. If you propose anything that restricts your "right" to the unfettered purchase of firearms you lose your minds.Wrong as usual . Me exercising my right to bear arms does not result in the death of innocent people . Arguing with a gun grabber is like arguing with a teenaged girl , it’s all emotional based on one side and they will throw the baby out with the bath water in a second , to get what they want . Smh

No idea. But again I pay attention to historical evidence. And Kent State wasnt even to the extremes we are talking about. So it is probable. Were we overthrowing the government?
And yeah the leadership there got fried I believe. Do you believe Kent State is not brought up to every officer cadet as a failing of leadership?
Yeah when these fourth amendment freaks are like hey stop violating my rights I’m like shut up pansies. People defending their rights are idiots.Gun owners are the most emotional people in America. A "right".I’ve watched you make emotional cries for more gun restrictions every single time you get on based on nothing more than fear you or yours may be in danger when you go out in public . Every one is met with logical responses, which in turn ends up with you calling us all right wingers, gun nuts , or rednecks . Nobody is losing their minds , I do see a lot of frustration trying to explain a right vs an emotional outcry though .
