To keep their radical side of the party in line and bring them to the polls, the Democrats will have to name him or another extremist as a VP pick. Especially is they nominate Biden.

I have family members that are probably moderate Dems, and they would support the ban. They only watch CNN and MSNBC for news and consider themselves enlightened. Someday, the political pendulum will swing just far enough to the left that something like what Beto is proposing will happen.

That’s very sad. There’s a kid at my child’s school that exhibits all the traits of a potential homicidal maniac and teachers are absolutely terrified of this kid. This kid costs the county something like $30,000 in additional resources to deal with his outbursts/breakdowns. The kid is potentially very dangerous and is on everyone’s radar, but they can’t do anything because of moronic policies. And to top it off, the kids’ parents act like there is nothing wrong.

The parents don't want the mental health evaluation of their precious child. The privacy people don't want the records available to the background check system. Does juvenile information show up when checked?
