We aren’t other countries. Americans are not Asian or European, we don’t act at all alike and we don’t have the same rights or freedoms . Once again we don’t have a gun problem , we have a people problem . You can’t force people to make the right decisions by making even more gun laws . It doesn’t work that way . That model is used in California , Illinois and Maryland ( specifically Oakland , LA , Chicago and Baltimore ) all are models that have failed .

Get a constitutional amendment that quantifies you’re desired changes and you can have what other countries have now. Expect to be disappointed on that effort. And that’s the continual approach by the gun control crowd. They know they will never get a constitutional amendment so they try to negotiate with people to willingly give up their rights.

This isn’t a new approach. We’re not interested. Still 0.000. What else ya got?

The reason the 2a is so well defended is because the FF were smart enough to know they had to fortify it just so it could survive . The reason pro 2a supporters are so well versed is because gun grabber arguments never change and always rely heavily on emotional outcries .

It’s only irrelevant to you how many people die from firearms in the US because it hurts your narrative, not because it’s actually irrelevant. You haven’t even showed up to the game, so I don’t know what you’re talking about with the batting analogy. Man up and talk about the issue with the relevant facts at hand or just step aside if the facts are too much to handle. If you want to have a discussion, have it. If you want to remain immovable and ignorant, do that. Just don’t pretend to be open for discussion when you ignore plain facts.

Who cares how many people die from firearms? Most are suicides and criminals and have nothing to do with actual legal gun ownership. And no law would prevent those shootings except for ones that lock up felons/mentally ill for good

The FF just got done throwing an oppressive tyrannical government off the continent. They were just as afraid of what would replace it. Thus they worked very hard to put proper bridles on the new government. And the statist sonofabitches have been trying to get around their work ever since.
