Just another law abiding citizen exercising his 2A "rights" ... News from Samsung captures Florida store owner firing at customer with AK-47
Prosecute the dipshit if he broke the law and leave the rest of the law abiding citizens alone.

Oh and stop being a triggered dumbass that’s afraid of an inanimate object.

You’re welcome.

Double Whammy today.

The sweet sweet freedom to accidentally shoot our friends in the head. God bless America and the 2nd Amendment

Why were the grandfather and his grandson arrested if it was an accident? Do people get arrested for causing a car accident which involves a death if it was just an accident?

The grandfather is in trouble for providing unsupervised access to a firearm involving a minor. From what I've read it's unclear how "accidental" the shooting was (the boy was apparently arrested for manslaughter) and at any rate apparently lied at first claiming the other boy had shot himself.

Heaven forbid if you ever make a mistake. Jailing people for being momentarily stupid generally doesn't fix anything, but vengeance feels good doesn't it?

Most, I’d say 99% or more of all automobile crashes (calling them accidents is misleading) are due to driver error. When you make a mistake and kill someone else you should be held accountable, if we did that maybe we would get better drivers.

Accident merely describes a lack of intent. There is nothing about the word "accident" that somehow voids culpability, especially if negligence can be established.
