Sounds like Illinois got a favorable draw at the Seventh Circuit.
Chief Judge dissented saying it was unconstitutional.

SCOTUS will reverse the 7th here.

Isn’t there a time window for appeal? I don’t think it’s an open ended time. Filing a different suit by twisting the context a bit is an option I’d guess.

which is why we need to get rid of the NFA all together instead of just making it toothless.

If the next DOJ is successful, I would imagine any "new" NFA weapons/attachments whatever are grandfathered in. hopefully they don't go thru and just make gun owners criminals by the stroke of a pen again.
