Did this ever get a response from @luthervol ?Because we have never passed, and upheld, unconstitutional laws in this country…
Obviously the SC has interpreted what is and is not constitutional differently at various times.Did this ever get a response from @luthervol ?
Some irrationally and illogically see it that way; most don't.
Obviously the SC has interpreted what is and is not constitutional differently at various times.
But it is a document that is necessarily open for interpretation....like the Bible or any other document designed to guide a group of people.
There are already constitutional regulations and restrictions placed on guns.
They are not infringements, because that would be unconstitutional. Right??????
Everything in this country has a deep history of racism. Both minimum wage and gun control have a deep history of racism. California for example was an open carry state until the black panthers started carrying in public.
Is it a coincidence that you support both of these racially motivated policies?
I tried to get an answer from others on the board promoting increased background checks, mandatory trainings, registries, insurance, etc - got nothing but crickets.Everything in this country has a deep history of racism.
Most things evolve over time.
Is it coincidence that you parrot the right wing narrative of the minimum wage and gun control being some type of racial issue?
I'm guessing it's not.
Extremist gun nuts and people profiting from legal purchase and illegal resell.I tried to get an answer from others on the board promoting increased background checks, mandatory trainings, registries, insurance, etc - got nothing but crickets.
These new laws, I assume, would be enforced with penalties for non-compliance.
Who do we think would get hit the hardest with penalty for failure to comply? Since we’re talking US history.

Both. You’re asking me if a fact is a coincidence? That’s such a nonsense question idk how to respond.
Minimum wage was started in this country to price out black labor and still does so today.
Gun control in this country was used to protect from those scary black people with guns and today the primary victims of gun laws are still black men.
Which one of those claims is not a fact and is just me parroting conservative talking points?
1934 National Firearms Act.Back to his slippery slope. “You let us enact some laws, why not more?”
While trying to simultaneously tell you that the slippery slope isn’t real “what? Take all guns? No! I just want common sense reform. I’ll totally stop there even though I’m using previous laws as my justification for even more laws”

minimum wage.
The purpose of the minimum wage was to stabilize the post-depression economy and protect the workers in the labor force. The minimum wage was designed to create a minimum standard of living to protect the health and well-being of employees.
Poor black males.Who?
