I told my husband yesterday that my favorite thing about Kiffin so far is his attitude that you earn your spot on the field by the way you play. Because you earn wins in a game the very same way.

Very, Very true. Couldn't have said it better myself.

In the past, Fulmer has been loyal to a fault to his upperclassmen. They have sat on their hands and not improved. When these kids start competing for positions, and competing in practice, it makes those competitions in the fall on Saturday's a whole lot better.

Good points, I would add one, which is implied in the memo, but important to emphasize...not only do the VOLS need to get their best players on the field, they need to get the ball in their hands. I was very hyped about Warren pre season, but he "seemed" to be grossly under utilized. GO VOLS

I've been absent for most of the season because of work situation but have been trolling.

It is awfully hard to care when you aren't being used.
