My comments...All of that is fine and good, but smack talk is best used as a tool. All I've seen from Kif so far is some smack with a hope that he can back it up.

All of this trash talking will be brought back up this football season. The real question is who will be bringing it up? The Vols, or the competition?

I agree.

Lane if he had the opportunity again may not go the same route with his statements. I do not mind the confidence, or "swagger" as some put it, that Lane seems to have. I think he got carried away with the moment and said something he regrets. I could feel a sense of pride in his voice during the event, in that he took 2 recruits away from a 2 time NC coach. Not to mention that he coaches at the University of Florida. Lane will be ok, and the Vols will be ok. This needs to move to the practice field, and the spring.
