Would like to see us take 1 shot longer than 10 yards. I dont think we have thrown deep once.

Much better than expected. Maybe he's starting to play in games the way he's reportedly always played in practice.

Have to go back to the run call before half. If we go into balf uo, then who knows.

Night and day from last year. Really surprised so little use of TE in passing game. Not listening to radio. What's happened to Jennings?

It also helps when you have an OC that knows how to call plays. Playcalling was much, much better than it was last season.

O-line still killing us, though. Improved after the 1st Quarter, but we were still getting a poor push on running plays. Not going to be a quick fix there unfortunately.

I didn't watch the game, had to liaten so maybe I'm not getting the whole picture but he never seems to out up any yardage. He efficient bit seems like he plays....bottled up is the only way I can describe it

It's like everyone has been telling us... our secondary sucks and we have no pass rush. Simple. Grier is a legit Heisman contender.

QB isn't the problem, though JG looked good. I though TN should have put 28 total points on the board. Wasn't gonna win it, but it was there to be had.

We were inconsistent on offense all day because the running game couldn’t get it going and OL had a tough time buying JG time. When they did, he hit the open man. Had several passes completed over 10 yards, but didn’t connect on any bombs although we took a couple shots. He was very accurate today, fitting the ball nicely into tight windows.

He really disappointing thing to me was the lack of recognition by the coaching staff that we have an advantage in the passing game. We have an excellent qb and great WRs. What if Pruitt had said let's put the game in jg's hands after the first couple of possessions? Who knows. But I k ew after the first couple of possessions we didn't have a shot without doing that. But hey stuck to the script and we got killed

I was pleasantly surprised just how well JG played. He was on target most of the game. Played with poise and made good decisions. He's come a long way. Definitely something to build on for the rest of the season.
