well, it's about time. thogh i agree with Hat, this isn't an upgrade.

I think it is a slight upgrade. With Griese you'll have better game management and a QBthat can at least take a snap without fumbling. With thier defense and Hester you just need someone to limit your turnovers, not throw for 300yrds and 3 TD's.
