This year is a prime example of a need for a playoff. Lots of high ranked, even teams and the playoff games could really go either way. It is absurd to pick "the two best" to play in a NC right now.

Alabama and Florida are beatable this year. I don't see a clear cut #1. Could be any of several teams. I will say this, if USC gets a chance to play (which they will not) they will be hard to beat. They just seem to play very well in bowl games. I really don't care until TN is the one competing in it though.

He conveniently left out that LSU beat the Washington team that beat USC as part of his transient analysis.

and Florida BEAT LSU

so by that deduction.....Florida would crush USC

if Oregon beats USC....Boise State would beat Florida

now I am confused...lol
