Honest question: who ranks the Vols #11 right now? From the first paragraph of the article: "The stakes in Knoxville could not be higher this weekend. Sixth-ranked Georgia travels to Neyland Stadium to face No. 11 Tennessee in one of the most anticipated matchups of Week 3."

Where's that coming from? AP and Coaches both have us at #15. ESPN FPI has us #9. SP+ has us #6. I see no source that says #11.

Anyone else see it?

Go Vols!

The talking heads have never been predictive of an outcome in my experience. They are wrong as often as they are right and I expect its on purpose.
Vegas / betting influencing as well. I think people would be shocked to learn how the oddsmakers use talking heads to influence betting lines.

I feel like they are trying to jinx us.
They're just adding fuel for the fire that Kirby is building under his team. UT better come out breathing fire from the jump and even if they do, I worry we won't have the horses to hang close. Don't like the way this one is turning right now. Hope I'm wrong.

I don't the stakes are high. We are the underdog. If we lose it's what is expected. The pressure is on Georgia. If they lose they're upset. But one loss Sec teams can still make it to the cfp

The game hasn't even started yet. 😂
You are worse than me. 😂
They'll be alright. I just don't like the media trying to hype us up before the game. Not against Ga. They don't need any extra motivation.

Especially if it is close at the end. The loser of this match up would be hurt a little bit, but definitely still a contender.

Absolutely, it’s a really good test of where our programs are after a few weeks, but it’s not indicative of our season. At the same time, I’ll 100% be in a bad mood for most of the week if you guys whip us.😂

This is in line with most of your predictions. You are not a negavol, but I would put you in the cautiously pessimistic category. 😜
