IMO, with Russia and China already having a more active military presence in the area, is that the US military will be unleashed there if they (R or C) attempt to gain any real estate (or access or minerals) there. I don’t see the comments as a threat to Denmark or Greenland. Just a reminder that R and C won’t be allowed to exploit the area as they did with the Panama Canal and South America.
