As far as pure talent, you would have to mention Big Al Haynesworth. I understand that in his later days, he played dirty by stomping the guy but that does not take away from everything he accomplished. The guy was a beast.

I loved Dobbs, and while he was a great vol, but has done very little in NFL.

Haynesworth was the best defensive lineman in the NFL for a couple years...he’s definitely in the top 10.

Bob Suffridge or Beattie Feathers. Both played for Tennessee in the 1930s and hadn't outstanding NFL careers. In fact, Feathers had the highness yds. per carry for at least 60 years and may still have the record. Of course, Suffridge was the greatest lineman ever to play for Tennessee. Look up their NFL records and you should agree.
