I know it did not end well, but CPF had an excellent winning percentage and brought us the 1st BCS National Championship.

All though I don't think Fulmer was a great individual coach, his run and national title can't be ignored.

Fulmer for his 200+ wins / however many SEC Championships & (1) NC. If it had not gone so bad in the end he might have passed Neyland!! But, boy oh boy did it ever go bad!!!

Well, I've figured out how Fill is ranked first:

Lets see - coach bringing in the most hoodlums. Yeah, without a doubt, Fulmer is first.
Coach that had players arrested the most ofter. Gee, Fulmer would rank first again.
Which coach would have no semblance of discipline - wouldn't you know it - Fulmer.
Whom would play favorites with no regard to output on the field? Fulmer hands down.
Inept in making adjustments. No doubt, Fill would be first again.
Which coach would be known for having to have a vast superiority of talent to win. Fill.
Wow! This is a no brainer! Fill Foolmer comes in first in all categories!

The only real arguments that can be made for someone other than Fulmer are for Dickey or Majors, and they aren't good ones.
