I have met Jacques Smith. He's probably the nicest guy on the team. Don't post crap about him if you don't know what's going on. After the last two seasons it is a whole lot easier for me to believe Dooley is the one with the personality issues, not Smith.

I would hope Smith looks to Lathers as a role model in how to conduct himself. Althought I do not know what Smith personally thinks of DD; it really shouldn't matter. He's the coach. Deal with it and do your best to excel regardless of what your personal opinion of him is.
