With the recent departures of key players at safety, Eddrick could see early playing time as a freshman this year. I am excited he finally qualified, we could use him since he is a talented 4 star we can add into the mix with our already talented other safeties, Martin, Randolph, Coleman, Moore, and Orta all make the loss of Jackson and Brewer a little less stressful. Atleast we seem to have quality depth, even if it is extremely young. Dont forget how well Pre Waggner played last year either. :good!:
Agreed, If Loften can live up to how his high school coach talks about him, we could end up saying Jenzen who. He has been out of football for a year that does worry me, but hopefully it will be like riding a bike for him, real excited to see him play.
I wouldn't take him over Bray because despite the talent, he hasn't proven much and only has a year left anyways. That being said, I wouldn't be that surprised if he had a big year this year.Would take Brantley right now. Urbie's recruiting let him down. That offense was a disaster for a pocket passer to try and operate.

There's not a DB we have coming in that's better than Janzen. He's a very very good player. I really would like to see Janzen at CB.

No doubt Janzen was very good, we will miss him, I was saying if Loften lives up to what his high school coach says he could be the defensive backfield future looks real bright. His former coach stated that he was better than I believe it was Griffin that played at Texas and was a first round draft pick, whom he also coached in high school.
If say Jackson and Brewer are out, I could see Lanier and Gordon at corners with Teague and Moore at the safety positions.
